Rosalia Vila also known as Rosalia (Spanish to mean "Rosalia") Rosalia Vila (Spanish for "Rosalia") is a Spanish singer and songwriter from Spain. She is a Flamenco and Pop artist. As a teenager she was involved both in traditional and popular music. However, her singing interests have broadened to include soul, hip-hop and hip-hop. Pepe Habichuela has said that her vocals as being sweet, sharp but also with a little bite. El Mal Querer was her big commercial and critical hit in the year 2018. Following the release of Los Angeles garnered her attention and earned her a Latin Grammy Nomination for Best New Artist It also topped the Billboard charts of Latin Pop Albums and she won the Grammy. In 2021, the track La Fama with The Weeknd came out. Motomami was her third album that was full-length. The album featured collaborations on songwriting with other artists and producers, including Cory Henry. The album was released in the month of March 2022, following a performance of the single Chicken Teriyaki on Saturday Night Live. Rosalia became the first Spanish singer to perform solo on the program. Motomami was her album which won three Latin Grammy Awards also made Rosalia the first female artist to receive an award for Latin Album of the Year be awarded twice.
